Yes you can. But first, you would want to make sure there's no other form-filming material on the concrete. If you're unsure and would like help determining whether there is an existing coating material on your concrete, give us a call at 1-800-255-4255. 

Your dilution rate for Siloxane WB Concentrate should be 1 part concentrate to 9 parts water for horizontal applications.
